Sugar Hollow - Cadette Unit, Summer 1998
Having tried backpacking and rock climbing, we decided it was time
to learn to find our way through the woods, so orienteering seemed
to be just right for this year. After much work with compasses
and maps, we went to Dark Hollow Girl Scout Camp and participated in
an event organized just for us by Jean Lutz and Trish McMahon.
It was a fabulous experience and we once again created what
are becoming our trademark "thank you" notes - this time from
some rocks we found.
