This is the ITC-ResComp standing committee webpage. It is for disseminating
and sharing information about the research computing support issues of faculty,
staff, and students using the RS/6000s, SGIs, Suns, SP2, Linux-Cluster, and
IBM PC-compatible and Macintosh computers provided or supported by ITC. The
committee consists of a core group of staff from various divisions of ITC that
focus on the hardware and software needs and issues of faculty, staff and students
engaging in research and other academic pursuits on the computer platforms support
by ITC.

There is also a Research Computing Support group that focuses on ITC's Computing Support Services Division's efforts to provide specialized support to advanced research needs at the University.
The committee meets monthly, usually on the last Monday of the month at 10:30
AM in 117 Astronomy.
